Smart bulbs - the best 15 options broken down into pros + cons

full disclosure: I've been working for Slant for nearly 3 months

Slant is a dynamic "best of" website which consumers can use to compare products in an unbiased environment, with suggestions from real people. I've been working with the community on a comprehensive Smart Bulb list with pros/cons for each, and now I think we're ready to share it with /r/Tech!

What are the best smart bulbs?

This is an invitation to check out our site and help make it better (or just lurk - that's cool too)! If you choose to sign in (through Facebook, Google, or email account), you can recommend options, edit existing pros/cons, write new pros/cons, write comments, ask for clarification...or if you prefer to watch from a distance that's swell too - we've got lots of electronics content, Android stuff, PC related things and more.

How Slant works: Slant takes everyday questions like "What are the best Smart Bulbs" and breaks it down into different products that apply to that question. Then, each product (or option) is then broken down into pros and cons, and we leave it to the community to vote on both the products as well as pros and cons. This helps to keep good stuff floating to the top, and leave the subjective opions out to make room for solid facts.

If you want to talk tech, feel free to comment or PM me (I guess feedback on the site is OK too). I always love the chance to get nerdy!
