I live in a rural town which has a an internet monopoly that only gives about 3mbps max. I and many other people have been frustrated from this company. I have really been thinking lately what steps I could do to make my own isp, I am a high school student so I am looking into what I can do now and what to do in college to do this goal. I am pretty good with technology and such and I want to do this with my life. If anyone has any suggestions for where I could post this to ask please tell me.
