New Nvidia 398.11 driver bricked my brand new laptop

What happened was i was checking for driver updates on the nvidia site, the laptop was working perfectly fine, i saw there was a driver update 398.11 for the gtx 1080, i downloaded it then tried to install the driver, usually when the driver installs what it does first is remove the driver restarts your pc and proceeds with the installation. What happened was the nvidia installer removed driver and said it will restart pc, when pc attempted to restart the monitor would not turn on and the laptop would give a melody sound followed by 3 beeps. I turned of the laptop and tried turning it back on and still same issue melody and three beeps. Then i connected an hdmi cable and then i was able to access windows using the external monitor but the laptops monitor is completely dead ! In windows the driver was not installed i tried installing the driver did not work, what i did next was i Used the alienware recovery to recover the laptop to the state it was left the factory. It did do the recovery, but still the laptops monitor would not turn on, the only way i could use the laptop is using an external monitor, if no monitor is connected the laptop would do the melody sound followed by 3 beeps, why ?? Ive had the laptop for less than a week !! I paid over 4k $ on it !

heres what the laptop does on startup:

Melody-Meldy-Melody-beep-beep-beep
