I’m looking for a Mac to just mess with and learn Mac OS, maybe even resell, and found this Mac Pro 2009. Is it cost effective??

How much would you say a 2009 Mac Pro with 32gb ram, 4 terabytes of storage, and not too sure what processor exactly but it’s a Xeon processor. It has been completely cleaned and wiped and updated and tested by Best Buy’s geeksquad. Also could I upgrade processor at all and if I can would it be cost effective
