Self-delete program

Here’s an idea if it doesn’t already exist. A self deleting memory card or stick. Or say a program you can run on a stick and after days X the memory card hadn’t been used, it would delete everything on it. It would do this once plugged in and then comparing date and time on the computer to a log on the stick. In order to prevent the viewer from seeing what is on the stick during the time it takes to erase (partition) it would randomly display some pictures and hide the content. Basically a security measure. Obviously you could password protect as well. If erase would not be completed during the tine it would be plugged in, it would continue from where it left off until it was completed.
