We hired an intern a few months ago at Cliently
Her resume wasn't the best but she has a positive attitude.
She was honest about what she didn't know.
So we decided to take a chance.
She is performing well and we have decided to offer her full-time.
The only way to know someone's true potential is to give them a chance.
