For a game i am looking to hide some packages around town and would like for some1 to find them after they win a game. GPS has no accuracy so i want to combine it with GPS cordinates and a bluetooth tag. But most tag can only be paired with a phone physical. Are there trackers where you can connect with with a code without being paired before? Did my research but none found.
