I have general knowledge about technology and my aunt's child is missing. I was wondering if there is a way to ping her location? Supposedly her phones data is turned off but she uses wifi. She has tried contacting the police and detective and no luck. She has been seen a few towns away at a gas station with a "gang banger" and im tired of seeing FB posts about her lol.
