What are some things you think end users should know/understand how to do?

As the title asks, what are some basic IT things that end users often have trouble with that you think could be solved by guides/explanations?

I know the funny posts will come, but can I ask, as a kind gesture, that you at least include 1 legit thing after the joke?

I'm considering starting an educational series for basic user issues. Just trying to get a feel for the most common problems.
