Keyboard and CPU speed, when the keys are sticky or worn out.

Changed the keyboard today. The computer became instantly more responsive.

Turns out that multiple keys in the old keyboard were stuck and worn out, so that there was a constant signal to process.

Not a common tune-up tip for the computer, but I guess many laptops suffer from this, when the keys are worn out, or sticky to the contact.

Anyone with similar experience ?
