Is there a way to create uninstall button shortcuts on my keyboard?

Is there any way to create a shortcut on my keyboard to uninstall a program by just pressing it once? For example, lets say i was using instagram on my laptop and somebody walks into the room who doesnt like when i use it so i wanna uninstall it by just pressing one button instead of having to go to my programs, look for it and uninstall it from there. thanks
