Is there any app that lets me use my phones built in mic while having using headphones?

IM AN ANDROID USER I have headphones that work fine as an headphone But it had a microphone ,but it broke so im now wondering is there any app or website or anything that I could use to fix my problem?

Note:I've tried soundabout it will not work for me Ive tried going on apptoide and downloading ive tried older version nothing works
