Anyone had any luck getting a Purism delivered?

Hey,

I'm keen to buy a purism for a couple of reasons, I really value my privacy and I also want to support a great project.

I actually purchased one at Black Friday but it never arrived (they said it had shipped but I never got tracking info) after 4 months they refunded me in full.

I do want to take the leap but I don't want to pay $1600 and have to wait months for the computer, I need to upgrade now. I've also read various reports about the computer never coming and customers getting refunds or it coming 3 months after the order date.

Does anyone have any experience buying the computer and getting it delivered in 30 days or less?
