Is there a software/app that lets you type notes on your laptop and simultaneously use your connected tablet to draw on those notes?

I want a way to take efficient notes in school. I want the speed of my typing and the ability to draw directly onto my notes when necessary. If I can save the document and upload it to a cloud (GDrive is fine) then that would be perfect. But the first part is what I'm having trouble looking for. Is there a software like this anywhere?
