Hi, for around a week now, I have been trying to reset my laptop. I'm not wiping it all, just removing my files. I wait for it to reset, but once it gets to 40-45%, it stops and restarts. It takes me onto my desktop and gives me a pop-up saying that there was a problem. I've tried using a USB and using the command prompt to reset it. Whenever I use the command prompt, I make sure I enter the exact right thing and press enter after every line. It says that something else is using the files that it needs to reset. I'm so confused... Can someone help me, please?
