voice mod input device in use problem (or microphone problem)

i have voice mod installed on my pc and it worked fine

but then a new windows 10 update came and ruined the sound settings with first being the audio speaker not set i fixed that quickly

but when i tried to fix voicemod too it started up like i just freshley installed it and when ever i pick the microphone i want to use it say that the device is in use

chose another microphone or close the application that is using the microphone......ok.

so i closed discord didnt work

closed steam chat nope

its still the same thing

also i have notticed that when i close the chose your input it says

device not found: microsoft sound mapper - input

​

so if any one can help me here i will be thank full
