Has technological change in the home slowed down since 2000 (particularly 2010)?

Post-WW2 to the 90's there seemed to be a lot of of technological advancement that made a practical improvement to peoples homes lives.

For example: In-door toilets and bathrooms; Central heating and Air conditioning; Electric Washing Machines; Electric Clothes Dryers; Fridge Freezers and Freezers; Colour TV; Mobile Phones; Home Computers; The Internet.

Probably other things I couldn't think of too.

But since 2000 it seems like most advancement has been lesser, and just improvements to Phones, Computers and the Internet. It doesn't seems like anything has been invented which allows you to do anything you couldn't before with similar easy. It's just more mobile.

MP3 Players; Social Media, Digital TV Recorders and Smart Phones were mainstream by the end of the 00's.... so what is new since the Smart Phone? Just apps?

It just seems like in the last 20 years less that practically improves peoples lives has been invented. Especially in the last 10 years.

What is really new in the last 10 years since the Smart Phone?

Are there things you can add that I've overlooked? What's your opinion? :)
