Clock with small offset

I want an app on Android which syncs with the internet time but gives me the option to offset that time by +- some seconds. Like it always syncs with the time by internet (like it automatically does when you check the option Automatic time) but also gives me an editable field where I can set an offset like if I set +5 seconds, my phone time will always be ahead of internet time by 5 seconds. Is there such an app available?
