I know this might not sound very legit, but I have someone I'm in contact with (will not say what kind for fear of losing their job) that works at a datacenter that basically sells all of your data, but anonymously (and no one under 18), they have been told at work that IOS 14 is going to get a new feature which allows you to scramble your location for specific apps to protect your privacy (basically doesn't give an accurate signal but a broader one).
tl:dr : IOS 14 is going to let you mask your exact location from certain apps
