Tech companies' employees seem to be the ones experiencing the highest levels of stress, and the most at risk of burnout and severe mental health issues. Yet most of the time nobody seems to notice these issues until it's too late.
I'm wondering whether your company (or any company you worked for) has any system/tool in place to monitor and react quickly, rather than the standard surveys or 1-to-1 meetings between employee and their manager.
