The main question: How to pick a proper professional tech-related questions?
My problem is all about a professional online username / identity. I layed out some criterias for my username, but wasn't able to find any fitting one.
- A suitable length of maximum two words e.g. JohnStevensen; and not too long in general.
- Preferably my name being involved. The perfect would have been my whole name, e.g. JohnStevensen as a name online, though it doesn't comply with the following criteria:
- The name shall be free on various online platforms, like GitHub, Reddit and so forth.
- It may involve any kind of tech-related words, so e.g. JohnTech, DevJohn, JohnCode and so on.
I've been struggling for more than two weeks now to find a proper username who fits a professional computer-related username which is free on popular Internet pages. Does anyone have, besides those blatantly bad generators, any idea on how to get a good new "online identity"? Any good name ideas?
PS: JohnStevensen is not my real name, it been used for demonstration purposes.
Quick note: I used synonym finders online (and looked through various YouTuber channels) to find proper tech-describing words to play with. The only few appropriate a found were along the lines: Tech, Code(s), Dev(eloper), Digital, etc. Most of the other expressions were either too long, too unprofessional or not fitting at all. I tried to find usernames outside of the obvious tech scope, e.g. greek references or movie character , though that seems unprofessional due not every employer understanding such names on the read-by.
