APPLE DISABLES SOFTWARE DOWNGRADES ON MACS AND IPHONES INTENTIONALLY TO KEEP THEM SLOW

Apple likes to make their new apps only compatible with the latest software, forcing people to update their software only to find out their devices become slow. When they try to downgrade their software without losing any data, apple prevents you from doing so.

If you try to downgrade an iphone ios, the itunes will tell you that your (ios 13) backup is too new to be restored to a older (ios 12) even though they are only 1 year apart. However if you change the info.plst file you can restore the backup. Showing the "incompatible" excuse that apple uses is literal bs.

Even on the macs you can't go back to an older mac os without apple giving you a hard time. They make you restore all your files manually.
