Do Mobile ISP Retract Plans When Using Too Much Of Your Unlimited Data?

I live in Canada and am with Bell. I've heard that they retract the plans (by saying "oh, this plan isn't available anymore, kthxbai") of those who use too much of their unlimited data.

I have unlimited data and have used 22 GB this month and am afraid that they might retract my plan.

Does anyone know if this is true? Do they actually do this?
