Is there a way to make all posts to a private group on FB automatically get forwarded to your email. Please direct me to the correct subreddit if this is the wrong one.

Trying to get posts in a private subreddit to fwd to my email. I am splitting a subscription service with a friend & we have a time difference, so I would like the posts to fwd to email, so I can then have them auto fwd to his email.
