Basically, I am looking for someone on the run. His phone is off, and he has been stupid enough to log in on Facebook over whatever wifi he can grab. Last update says he is in Colorado, but doesn't give me a pinpoint location.
My question is, Is there a way for me to use some sort of tool or tracking device to pinpoint his exact location just by using his phone number of the cell phone?
I know this seems weird, but I'm doing this for my mother, and I want to help her as much as I can. Thank you to anyone who can help.
