What should I be aware of as I make the switch on mobile platforms from android to apple?

1) How well integrated are google's services?

2) If I'm not mistaken, bloatware is not going to be a thing anymore.

3) As with any device switch, I don't want to lose contacts, texts, pictures, etc. Pictures and texts are backed up through google but what about contacts? I can live with lost game data provided they aren't backup up on the cloud, which they probably actually are.

4) Spec wise, I'm not looking for the best of anything. I would like a well rounded device with good battery life and a good camera, but at the end of the day, the reason I'm making the cross-platform switch is reliability and longevity. Any other things I should keep in mind to make the transition as smooth as possible?

TL;DR I dont even know if this is the right sub or not so please redirect me but I just am looking to make the switch soon because of too many bugs I'm running into with my LG.
