Recommendations for a collaborative “electronic notebook” for use at a conference

Hi there, I’m looking for some kind of online collaboration platform for the audience members at a conference to contribute too. It should also be accessible externally, as the conference will be live-streamed. We would then like to collate the ideas, after the conference, to produce some kind of output from the collection of ideas. Does anyone have any ways we could do this?
