Hello people of reddit!
I am 22 years old and just graduated in the bachelors degree and began to work at a company.
At work I am usually working with managers to learn to manage projects. But as you probably can tell those people have way more knowledge and experience than me.
I want to go the extra mile and try to adapt to the situation perfectly. My current tasks only consist of doing reports for the managers and the project lead and in the future I can see myself actually managing such a project. For that I need to improve myself, both in sharpen my mind and also being able to know which technologies could be used in a project. I teached myself A.I. in business processes but still see a lot of improvement.
I usually work around 10 hours a day with the weekend free. But I really want to commit to the work. Has anyone any suggestions on how to actually get to the next level both as a human and with my knowledge. Are there any notable magazines or journals to read? The topic should be: current and future technologies, business process automation and guidelines on how to be successful in doing what you're doing.
Thank you for reading and for your suggestions!
