Typically, how demanding are security (or other IT) jobs over $100k?

I'm just looking for a ballpark answer.

I've been looking up some jobs on glassdoor and well after seeing a few jobs over six figures, it's led me to believe that those jobs are honestly hiding something for the amount of knowledge and experience that they typically want. Or the work is very demanding and will always require someone to stay way later than they'd like to. What's your experience working over six figures, or how was someone you know?
