This is going to sound like a real nooby post I'm sure but I need it answering. So... I have a 4k hdr Panasonic tv, an Xbox One X and some blu rays. Should the Xbox one x and my tv upscale blu rays to 4k from 1080p? The reason I ask is I end up with the picture not being the full size of the screen. Why is this and what can be done settings wise to sort it?
