Is there a known issue with S7 users not hearing Moto Z force 2 users on phone calls?

Everytime I call my wife on my Moto she cannot hear me but we can speak through social media, I hate doing that though. Bluetooth doesn't seem to override it either. There are two others with the same phone (S7) and nother one can hear me when I call. Very weird, if anyone knows how to fix this issue or knows anything please help! LOL
