Looking for feedback on my tech startup Lendr, a peer-to-peer renting app!

Hey guys,

I'm part of a tech startup called Lendr, and we just launched our Android Beta last week. Our app facilitates peer-to-peer renting of household items between people within their communities. For example, if you have a snowblower, you can list it on Lendr and people in your area will be able to rent it from you.

We exist because in many cases it's smarter to rent an expensive item you'll only need a couple of times as opposed to outright buying it. Not only is renting easier on your wallet, but it’s easier on the environment as well due to the sharing and re-using aspect of renting goods.

Furthermore, we provide a way for people to earn recurring passive income from the stuff they have laying around their house. Depending on the types of items you may have, you can make a pretty significant income renting out your stuff.

There's still a race to capture the peer-to-peer renting market. We stand out from the others because of our emphasis on safety and security of both our users and their items. We currently have very effective security measures in place such as ID verification and security charges, and we plan to implement even more features upon our full release to virtually eliminate the possibility of theft and fraud, and to fully account for lost or damaged goods.

Anyways, we're just looking for feedback on the idea and any questions, thoughts, comments or concerns you guys may have.

If you want to learn more, you can check out our site at www.lendr.info and if you have an Android device, you can download the Beta version here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.lendr.app&hl=en

Thanks!

tl;dr: we made a peer-to-peer renting app, what do you think about it? www.lendr.info
