The address i live at used to have high speed internet that supported online gaming, 2 years later i move back and no provider services the exact same adress? Is there any way i can get high speed internet?

I heard joe rogan had some type of fiber cable ran to his house? My adress is not even far from a large main road in a medium sized city. Its like a 15 second drive. So idk why i cant get service anymore.
