Is there a service that I can get that provides internet and doesn't require anyone coming to install anything and only involves going to a store and buying a device and turning it on, like a hotspot but no cell service contract?

I'm moving and had to disconnect my internet to entering into another 6 month contract.

Is there some type of internet device I could get that I could just pay for monthly and doesn't require some installation or contract?
