When all my smart home devices are on and connected at the same time, video streaming quality from my Roku 4 or ps4 goes to shit. Is my router likely to blame?

Edit: Roku 3, not 4. I do have an Ultra but it's still boxed. I got it to use if or when the 3 dies.

I have a 100mb tier plan and the speeds are consistent and mostly stable over both Ethernet and wifi.

I own two 1st gen echos, two taps, an echo show, a Google home, the Lenovo Show, and several Insignia / Google smart speakers. If no more than two or three are plugged in throughout the house, all is well. But if everything is connected at once, streaming video quality from a roku or a console suffers....even if NONE of the Amazon or Google products are in use and streaming any music or doing anything at all.

Have I just reached a cap? My router was a top of the line "N" and it's not THAT old. I don't mind unplugging the other speakers but that defeats the whole point. If my router is likely to blame, I suppose the best time to look into an upgrade is fast approaching. But I'd really rather not deal with this if I don't have to. Setting up another network from scratch is going to be a nightmare just dealing with all my hue and lifx bulbs and strips alone.

If a new router is in fact the way to go, suggestions would be welcome. Even if it's an expensive model holiday sales are right around the corner.
