ORBIS OS, the PS4 software, is available to download on the Sony website for factory reset PS4's who don't have an internet connection.
I was thinking, in the end, PS4 is just a weak PC. Is it so hard to emulate ORBIS? Can't you just force an ORBIS OS install on any system?
