So I'm in my apartment trying to connect my cell phone bluetooth to my smart TV. When I open the bluetooth menu on my phone and scanned, only two options popped up - my apartment number and the apartment number of my upstairs neighbor. I'm confused and a little nervous. It isn't a smart apartment or anything like that, there are no built-in devices (to my knowledge) so what in the world could this be?
