The move to spin off US technology giant IBM into two separate companies will mean nearly one-third or one-fourth of its employees in India will move to the new entity, its chief executive said on Friday.
Arvind Krishna, who took over the top job at IBM earlier this year, said he does not expect the separation to have a material impact on the India operations.
