I'm I blind or something, I can't tell the difference between 120hz and 60hz

I hade my s20 for couple of days now and i really can't tell the difference between the it and my s8, are the apps not optimised or something I'd say my s20 is a less laggy around the ui but thats probably because it's a newer phone The scrolling feels a little better but would I have to look very hard to notice the difference

I watched these youtubers make a big deal out of like your mind would be blown but I'm here dumbfounded as I am extremely disappointed
