I am researching on tech communities to design extensions/bots/ mini products/platforms to improve the overall experience of the community. I would be great if you guys can answer these questions .
1. Biggest problems you see in communities and platforms they are based on
For example: -Not able to search and find posts due to absence of organisation features in the platform- Redundancy in posts and no automatic moderation.
2.Any mini products/ features/bot ideas that you think might help the community?
For example:A simple extension which tells you the particular product 's launch date, it's lifecycle and if it's going to be updated anytime soon. So that people can decide when buying...

This is in a case study stage now to build mini products.The obvious solution to most problems might be a platform itself around network of tech enthusiasts, general consumers, brands, content creators..
