Any ideas on what innovations to include in a fun fair to encourage people to embrace tech?

Planning to do a fun fair featuring tech innovations, etc that will help encourage people (adults) embrace tech and be more digitally literate. Any ideas? e.g. play with VR, assistive tech, etc
