Might just be a dumb question, but I was wondering if toggled data rates would affect the speed at which you are able to send/receive texts (not including picture/video).
Friend of mine seems to have issue with this on an iPhone 6 with Verizon. Takes obscene amounts of time to send/receive text over data and she seems to think it has to do with her data cap.
