Been wondering about this for a while now. I have a pretty beefy desktop running almost 24/7 streaming Plex to my entire family and I spend a lot of time outside of my desktop mostly using my phone or laptop. Is there a way to lend some computing power to one another? If not, why's so and could it be a possibility in the future? Why can't we just connect a thin pretty tablet to a server to process all this data via internet? It's already 2018 and it shouldn't be that unthinkable, no?
