As you can tell from the title either I really enjoy backing up, I'm paranoid or both lol. So I have/had a silicon power 1TB drive where I store compressed backups of my backups. Well it failed so I cracked that sucker open and found a 2.5 SATA Toshiba 1 TB HDD in it. Browsing on the old interwebs I see I can replace it for like 50 bucks , or I can get a WD black for like 65 ... Or I can do something else ... And no worries my uncompressed backups are still on the backup of my main backup drive. Any thoughts / suggestions ?
