From street lights to smartphones, computers, TVs, and other screens, we are being exposed to harsh blue light emitting diode. It seemed to raise concerns on it influence on sleep and other circadian-mediated symptoms, not to mention the possible affect on quality of life, physical and mental health and susceptibility to illness. While we've been using these gadgets for years, are we seriously only just now realizing their damaging side-effects?
