Is There a Good, Free Scheduling Software for Small Businesses?

Hello everyone,
Thank you in advance if you offer any solutions or even if you take time to read through this issue.

Background Information

  1. I work for a small, local tutoring service.
  2. I spend approximately 2.5 hours each 6-hour shift scheduling clients with back-and-forth emailing. I'm only part-time, and so are the other 3 administrative assistants who work the same position. Lots of errors are made. Some scheduling email chains span 40 + emails.
  3. The closest software I've found to fit our needs is Doodle Scheduling and Calendly.

Needs

Software that allows us to...

  1. add our employees' availability on separate calendars under a single shared account.
    More detail through examples:
-Jarone has his own calendar under this one account. Jarone populates his calendar with his availability.
-Martina has her own calendar under the same account. Martina populates her calendar with her availability.
  2. send a URL to a client of a specific employee's calendar
  3. allow clients to select multiple dates before completing a confirmation form (name and email address)
  4. change the location of individual events (this is not a must-have, but it'd be nice)

Does anyone have any suggestions?
