Help!

I have a Asus zenfone 3, and it's freaking out...

The "home" and "recente apps" buttons don't work, the phone recognizes that I'm tapping them (vibrates) but eveytime nothing happens, it's like if the phone doesn't know what to do... the notification bar also glitches out, as I swipe down it glitches haf way down and doesn't show notifications at all....

it started happening out of nowhere, I locked the phone to look away, and as I unlock it it started acting like this
