Anybody know any good all around laptops and computers that cost around $200-$400 that’s pretty good with some gaming and video editing ?

Kinda just looking for a laptop or computer that can deal with games like Cities Skylines and Subnautica, and that’s decent for editing photos and videos and stuff.
