Now ex Bf claims he browsed my ip router history ( w/o my knowledge) Is this possible?

I posted the drama in r/relationships but im more interested now in how possible it is for him to really view the ip addresses /history from my router. A few nice ppl claim its not really possible some said it could be.

For the record it is my router that I pay the internet for. This was all new to me and all the access info was on the router sticker.He mentioned hooking something up and using a third party software to view ip info.Other than that he has givin very little info and im pissed. The only non smartphone device was my oldass unused laptop which I think he used. Was he bluffing about this and seeing the sites I used or is it really possible?
