State-of-the-art with regards to text summarization?

Hi, I'm curious as to what is the current state-of-the-art with regards to summarizing say, a piece of financial news. I've dabbled with simple use cases such as summarizing github issues with an automated title using tensor-2-tensor.

However, if I require something like an abstract summarization (as opposed to a title heading summary), what is the current best / most efficient way to do it?
